Months 1-2
- Launch of the project and official registration of the company
- Definition of the project’s objectives
- Fundraising and applications for public and private funding opportunities
- Strategic planning meetings
Months 3-4
- Networking and consolidation of relationships with partners and institutions in both the UK and Italy
- Recruitment of key artistic roles: director, movement director, actors, etc.
- Launch of the company website and social media platforms
Months 5-8
- Launch of the first production in R&D format
- First table reading of the script
- Beginning of rehearsals
- Public sharing of the work developed during the R&D phase
- Introduction of advanced acting workshops (Summer 2026)
Months 9-12
- Donation of 10% of revenues to partner charities (APIC and Step Into The Sun Project)
- Review of the project’s first operational phase (evaluation of achieved and unmet objectives)
- Planning of the next development stages and pursuit of additional funding
